to drive both supply and demand, simultaneously. This roadmap is a supporting document to the National
Energy Policy 2022-2040 (NEP).

The National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) is pivotal to accelerating our green
and sustainable growth agenda. The NETR is a significant milestone for Malaysia, which
comprehensively charts our nation’s trajectory towards a brighter, cleaner, and more resilient
future.
